Any Kenyan citizen under the age of 40 who has demonstrated leadership, impact, or innovation in their sector.
Yes! Self-nominations are encouraged if you meet the eligibility criteria.
We currently focus on Media, Politics, Innovation, Business, Community Development, and Education in select editions.
Nominees are evaluated based on their impact, leadership, innovation, and alignment with Novotech Africa’s values. A vetting panel ensures the process is fair and transparent.
Winners are honored with official recognition, access to leadership development opportunities, networking platforms, and ongoing mentorship support.
